We bought two cars at Dahl dealerships, and we drive more miles than we should to get our oil changed at Dahl. The reason is not complex. Comparing Dahl to other dealerships is like comparing the service and attitude of the post office and a high-end restaurant.

Sales process went well. Were able to see the specific vehicles we had asked to see. Trade-in valuation another story. Initial offer came back thousands of dollars below both book value and previous offers from other dealerships. Ironically this was during a promotion where they advertised offering $1000 above book value on trade ins. Fortunately was able to negotiate to a number that was palatable, if still a bit low. Would absolutely look elsewhere to maximize value for trade-in in the future.

My wife and I live in Missouri and after our beloved 2013 Toyota Venza was totaled we searched dealerships far and wide to find another Venza. Dahl Toyota had one and the staff there made buying a car from out of state seamless and easy. I cannot recommend working with them more. When my wife arrived at the airport they picked her up and brought her to the dealership to complete the purchase. They found one issue during the test drive and their service department fixed the issue on the spot. Thank you Dahl! You made us very happy!

Waited a year for our new Highlander hybrid. After a year wait, we were told the vehicle was no longer being made, so we could not get one. We had to settle on a Grand Highlander hybrid, not the vehicle my wife wanted. After we purchased the car, guess what they got in, that’s right, they lied to us, we now see what we ordered at several different dealers. They commented they would make it right, that’s right we are still waiting for that to happen.

All good, Joe, Dennis and Mike are exceptional. Dave on the other hand really needs to tone it down selling the extended warranties. I knew the moment I saw the used part with costs labels it was a prop. I listened to the spiel and said NO, i signed the paper declining the ex warranty and Dave continued to PUSH. Frustrated that Toyota USA was unwilling to share any information regarding the status of the vehicle we ordered during the 15 month wait. We deserved more from a company like toyota. This delay was not related to covid. Love the vehicle, now that we have it!

Even though they were extremely busy they were about to look at my Son's car given the check engine light that was on and my concern as a parent with him driving, not knowing if it was a major concern. I was very happy impressed with the knowledge and professional behavior of Haley. She gave me commitments to when she would have information and she met her commitments. When problems did arise with my repair ( not her fault) she contacted me immediately and has a cost estimate ready. I would recommend Dahl because of her.

I was from out of town, and was very worried about what was wrong with my car. I was not in a position to leave it, but was fearful of driving without knowing what was wrong or if it was safe. I was so relieved to find express diagnostic service!! The service was friendly, professional and THOROUGH. I especially the video detailing the work. I felt the charges were fair and reasonable. I showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment at Dahl Toyota, but there was no problem with exercising the 1 year old Rav4 Prime procedure. I had a chance go through about 7-8 questions about it's operation, and had the tech change some internal machine interface settings. The provided video of the inspection process under the raised car was exceptional. The longest discussion addressed keeping the passenger compartment warm during times when the outside temperature was less than 20 degrees. I really appreciate the heated steering wheel and seats!
