I brought my RAV4 in for my 5,000 mile check up and tire rotation. Hayley was very helpful and friendly. We had something in common - both grew up in Lake City and moved to Winona. After 30 years I returned to Lake City but Winona always felt like home to me so I returned there to buy my Rav 4 after looking at other dealerships. I also had the opportunity to say Hi to Mina. After dealing with personnel at Toyota in Rochester and Onalaska I returned to Winona and was more than pleased to deal with Mina. She was fair with the trade in value on my van offering me the blue book price without haggling and was extremely helpful. She offered me financing at the 3.99% that Toyota was advertising at the time. The sales person at a different dealership offered me financing at 8.99% after telling me that when he lays that offer down in front of me it’s the very best he can do. He made me feel like I had no idea that Toyota was offering financing at 3.99% so I walked away. With Mina I had none of this. She treated me fairly, answered all my questions and always returned my calls or emails. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, fairer person to deal with.
